about me
i used to smoke cigarettes;
not a huge amount, in fact usually less than 20 a day.
like so many kids i started smoking at 16 and over the next few years i gave-up briefly on a number of occasions for the approval of others.
but i never gave up because i really wanted to, so before long i'd be smoking again.
it was not until i saw my 40th birthday on the horizon that i really "got the message".... "stop this stupid, pointless habit before it does you any more damage"
actually, that message was so clear to me that after the excesses of that Christmas and new year holiday period i stopped smoking for good on the 27th January 1993, some five months before that milestone birthday.
my sincere hope is that through this site, or otherwise you will also "get the message", preferably much sooner than i did. believe me, you'll never regret stopping smoking for good.
with every good wish.
